2009 SC Wedding Photos of the Year (Greenville SC Wedding Photographer)

We were thrilled to find out recently that we won several awards from the South Carolina Association of Wedding Photographers 2009 SC Wedding Photos of the Year contest! Top honor went to the 2009 Wedding Photographer of the Year in which Anita was awarded Runner-Up! She also won 1st Place in the Wedding Day category, as well as, 1st Place for Ceremony and 2nd Place for Reception. Thank you to all of our wonderful clients who made 2009 such a great success!

Engagement: Ashley & Adam (Greenville SC Photographer)

I'm on a roll...two posts in one day! :-) Here are some of my favorites from Ashley & Adam's engagement session. We spent a morning walking around downtown Greenville and took advantage of some of the great backdrops that downtown has to offer. An engagement session is a great way for us to get to know each other better and help you get more comfortable in front of the camera. All of our wedding packages include a portrait session, so you can choose an engagement or bridal session, but I always love the opportunity to photograph a couple prior to their big day.

Wedding: Jonathan & Jessica (Greenville SC Photographer)

As we're preparing for another wedding season and getting the blog caught up, here is our last wedding from 2009. Jonathan & Jessica had a beautiful wedding day with their ceremony and a small reception at Jessica's home church in Pauline, SC and then another reception at the Westin Poinsett Hotel in Greenville.

Jessica brought a little friend into the church with her.

It was a bit windy, so the girls did their best Marilyn Monroe impersonations.
